Solid Angle Arnold

Although I first discovered Arnold back in 1998 in 3dsmax as a friend was a beta tester. I have implemented it into a production pipeline at Rising Sun Pictures in haste in 2015. This included as geometry procedural taking Alembic as an input and .json formatted string to define geometric and custom attributes and material attachment. I also put together an initial implmentation of a Massive crowd system. Effects output was added, volumes, particles, instancers for debris and a city scape environment scatter. Along with interfacing with an existing asset system. Since then I have implemented a fur pipeline using Yeti. Along with an inhouse shader attachment system to target geometry via expressions in a cascading style sheet approach. This is using htoa to interface with Houdini and Arnold.
