Creating a pipeline for a number of visual effects artists to use is a complex challennge.

I typically work in pipeline development at the outset of a show and move into first insto an artist support role and a shot production role at a later date.

I love being able to adapt previously built software and make it fit the puropse of the pipelien. But when the oppourunity presents itself its great to start with a blank slate.
